Our mission is "keeping people and bikes moving". Our vision is to make Snohomish County a place where anyone can ride, fix or recycle a bicycle. We provide low or no cost bicycles, parts and accessories for community members, as well as, encourage adults and youth to maintain and use bicycles as a means of transportation. We believe in empowerment, affordability, sustainability and education.

Bike and Repair Shop provides bikes, parts, labor and service to the community. Staff and volunteers refurbish donated bikes to offer a diverse selection of affordable, ready-to-ride bicycles. In 2025 446 were donated which were refurbished by 2 staff mechanics and 42 volunteers with 1995 volunteer hours. There were 375 sold and 132 were given away. Sharing Wheels also provided Do It Yourself service and served 693 DIY customers reporting 60% low-to-no income, 13% BIPOC. The shop staff repaired and tuned up 86 Everett Public School bicycles, as well as, gave 17 classes to 43 people.

Youth Bike Club is a dynamic after-school program which combines hands-on bike maintenance lessons, safe riding practice and group city rides to equip young riders with essential skills for life on and off the road. In 2025 the program served 20 middle school students with the a total of 60 instructor hours by 3 staff members and 2 volunteers.

Kids Bike Program seeks to give all children access to bicycles through the refurbishment and distribution of youth bikes. In 2025 204 bikes were refurbished using 30 work parties and 773 volunteer hours. Seven non profit partners distributed the bikes for free to children in the community.
