In 2025, the Organizations primary program remains building awareness, mobilizing action and strengthening the publics informed understanding of all forms of modern slavery globally. The Organizations platform, www.freedomunited.org, provides a place where people use their voice and unite with others to act together behind targeted campaigns in the U.S. and abroad, in partnership with organizations globally. These campaigns include ending child marriage to help end forced marriage, strengthening protection from exploitation for migrant farmworkers in California and calling for the release of congressionally mandated funds for trafficking survivors. With over 2 million events recorded during 2025 on the Organizations platform, active users read the Organizations curated global newsroom and its campaigns. The Organization hosted film screenings and online events attracting live audiences of hundreds across the globe, and presented its For Freedom community awards for the third year, highlighting exceptional work within the Freedom United community and by activists tackling systemic injustices and securing change for a world more resilient to modern slavery.
