The Peace of Mind program for schools: developing and sharing the peace of mind program to help educators teach mindfulness-based social and emotional, conflict resolution skills and support older children in applying these skills to challenging social justice conversations. The program includes curricula, online resources for teachers, parents and kids, storybooks, classroom tools and training that reflect our deep in-classroom experience, the experience of our pilot schools, and current research. Students find that the program helps them to regulate big emotions, build healthy relationships and solve conflicts peacefully. Teachers find it easy to use and effective.
