FAMILY BRANCH: THE MAIN PROGRAM PROVIDED BY THE MOVEMENT IS THE SCHOENSTATT FAMILY BRANCH, WHICH OFFERS COUPLES THE OPPORTUNITY TO GROW SPIRITUALLY AND IN COMMUNITY WITH OTHER CATHOLIC FAMILIES. THERE ARE WORKSHOPS AND PRESENTATIONS HELD AT THE SHRINE CENTER THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO HELP ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR COUPLES TO FORM AND JOIN GROUPS WHICH MEET REGULARLY TO DISCUSS AND STUDY MATERIALS FROM THE SCHOENSTATT MOVEMENT. THE MAIN GOALS OF EACH COUPLE IS TO MAKE THE COVENANT OF LOVE WITH THE VIRGIN MARY, WHICH IS NORMALLY ATTAINED AFTER PARTICIPATING TWO YEARS IN THE FAMILY BRANCH. THE COVENANT OF LOVE IS MADE VIA CELEBRATION AT THE SHRINE. ANOTHER IMPORTANT MILESTONE IS TO BUILD A HOME SHRINE (THIS NORMALLY OCCURS ABOUT 1-3 YEARS AFTER ACHIEVING THE COVENANT OF LOVE).
