RESIDENTIAL- MORE MAITRI INC.'S RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM IS APPROVED BY THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE POLICY & FINANCING AND IS FUNDED THROUGH THE MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES WAIVER. WE BELIEVE THAT ALL INDIVIDUALS HAVE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO LIVE IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE TO FOSTER INDEPENDENCE AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY. DAY PROGRAM - MAITRI MULTI-MEDIA IS AN INNOVATIVE ART, MUSIC, & MINDFULNESS-BASED DAY PROGRAM DESIGNED TO EMPOWER INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES TO EXPLORE THEIR TRUE SELVES AND UNLOCK THEIR POTENTIAL. THROUGH A DYNAMIC MIX OF ART FORMS, CREATIVE METHODS, AND DIVERSE MEDIUMS, PARTICIPANTS ARE INSPIRED TO EXPRESS THEIR UNIQUE VOICES, PROCESS COMPLEX EMOTIONS, AND ENVISION THE WORLD THEY WANT TO SHAPE. THIS PROGRAM NOT ONLY FOSTERS ARTISTIC EXPRESSION BUT ALSO STRENGTHENS COMMUNICATION, COPING, AND SELF- EXPRESSION SKILLS, NURTURING BOTH INDEPENDENCE AND A SENSE OF BELONGING. WHETHER THROUGH INDIVIDUALIZED OR GROUP PROJECTS, MAITRI MULTI-MEDIA CREATES MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS AND CONTRIBUTES TO BOTH PERSONAL GROWTH AND COMMUNITY BUILDING, BOTH WITHIN THE PROGRAM AND BEYOND. BEHAVIOR THERAPY - MORE MAITRI OFFERS A VARIETY OF BEHAVIOR THERAPY SERVICES THROUGH THE HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED WAIVERS. MORE MAITRI'S BEHAVIORAL DEPARTMENT SERVES PEOPLE ON BOTH THE SLS AND DD WAIVER. THE SUPPORT IS BASED ON THE INDIVIDUAL NEED OF THE PERSON RECEIVING SERVICES, SERVICES INCLUDE: ASSESSMENT, CONSULTATION, TEAM TRAINING AND SUPPORT, INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, BEHAVIORAL LINE STAFF.
