AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS PROGRAM SERVICES: Ranger Good Works supported two schools-Dillard Elementary and North Fork Elementary by providing and subsidizing multiple after-school programs designed to promote creativity, academic enrichment, and personal development. Hundreds of students from each school benefited from participation in a variety of clubs, including Performing Arts, Art Education, Youth Development (mentoring, tutoring, presentation, and leadership skills), Robotics, Dance, Garden, Chorus, Drumming, Debate, Basketball, and Cheerleading. The Art, Dance, and Robotics Clubs remained among the largest and most active programs. The After-School Art Education Program provided instructors, art supplies, and field-trip opportunities throughout the school year. Students met twice weekly to explore creative projects aligned with themes selected by the schools. The program encouraged collaboration, self-expression, and appreciation for the arts while integrating lessons that supported classroom learning. Ranger Good Works also provided stipends for instructors and coordinators, ensuring consistent program delivery, educator engagement, and alignment with school goals. Beyond enrichment, these after-school programs significantly improved student attendance and academic motivation. Students looked forward to participating in their clubs each day, and participation required maintaining passing grades and regular attendance, reinforcing positive academic habits and responsibility. At the end of the school year, each club celebrated its students' accomplishments with recognition activities and thoughtful gifts related to their interests and summer learning projects. These included items that encouraged continued practice and exploration in their chosen areas, art, robotics, drumming, debate, chorus, gardening, basketball, dance, cheerleading, and more. Through these after-school programs, Ranger Good Works fostered creativity, confidence, leadership, and commitment to learning while providing a safe, inspiring environment that strengthened both academic and personal growth.

COMMUNITY EXPOSURE PROGRAM SERVICES: Community Exposure Programs include two schools. Ranger Good Works operated Community Exposure Programs at Dillard Elementary and North Fork Elementary to expand students' understanding of education, careers, and community engagement. The programs provided field trips, college tours, and civic experiences to promote personal development and goal-setting. Students from 5 neighboring schools also participated. In March 2025, Ranger Good Works hosted its annual Career City, engaging over 1,000 students from five local schools with 95 companies and universities and more than 200 volunteers. Students explored diverse career paths through hands-on interaction with professionals. Partner universities including the University of Miami, Nova Southeastern University, and Broward College delivered college-readiness presentations to fifth-grade students. Additional sessions at Dillard Elementary featured alumni Magic Jack Maxwell and local officials, emphasizing character, values, and informed decision-making. The program fostered educational inspiration and strong community partnerships between schools, businesses, and volunteers.
