DeliverFund has been dedicated to fighting human sex and labor trafficking by providing law enforcement with reliable and actionable intelligence for over a decade. We also offer training and operational support to aid law enforcement and prosecutors with data and intelligence to arrest and convict traffickers and ultimately reach, rescue, and prevent victims.In 2024, DeliverFund celebrated our 10th year in operation. Over the past decade, we have evolved from a pioneering idea into an innovative, technology-driven force in the global fight against human trafficking. Significant milestones include automating and speeding up data collection, pioneering the embedded analyst program, launching virtual law enforcement training, debuting PATHFindera sophisticated, searchable database that aggregates millions of trafficking-related data points, developing the nations first Human Trafficking Watchlist, deployment of two supercomputers, the roll-out our first machine learning model that significantly refined intelligence gathering, and most recently in 2024, forged strategic technology partnerships that put critical data in the hands of over 7,500 law enforcement agents nationwide. Beyond these achievements, DeliverFunds progress is underscored by its extensive network of over 600 law enforcement agencies nationwide, ensuring a coordinated, timely response to trafficking cases on a massive scale.Each milestone highlights DeliverFunds unwavering commitment to leveraging technology, pursuing strategic partnerships, and achieving innovative data solutions to radically transform the fight against human trafficking.Technology and Data: Tech that Protects:We have continued upgrades of our supercomputers which allow them to run proprietary software that is able to collect more data in an hour than was collected in the first five years of our operations. In 2024, we tripled the rate of our data collection. As of December 2024, our database holds 6,460,344 unique numbers, 380,697 unique emails, 1,011,312 unique videos, 20,105,279 images and almost 5.5 billion points of data collected from online commercial sex ads. This massive amount of intelligence gives our analysts the ability to find traffickers faster and report these findings to law enforcement in an incredibly short amount of time. The consistent updates and high functionality of our supercomputers gives us the ability to invest in the sustainability of our mission. In short, we are finding traffickers and facilitating law enforcement operations better, faster, and cheaper than ever before.Training:To fight human trafficking at scale, DeliverFund empowers law enforcement and prosecutors with the knowledge and tools to be more effective in the fight. Our innovative in-person training for law enforcement has quickly become the industry standard. The training fosters a proactive environment where community members are more vigilant and responsive to the signs of trafficking, thereby saving lives and preventing exploitation. Moreover, it helps dispel myths and stereotypes about victims, promoting a more accurate understanding of those affected by diverse backgrounds and adverse circumstances.Further, DeliverFund's initiative to train members of the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance in Houston, Texas, exemplifies significant collaboration in the fight against human trafficking. This alliance, composed of over 60 law enforcement agencies and nonprofits in Houston and the surrounding counties, demonstrates a collective effort to address and combat human trafficking as a united, collaborative, and effective front.John Wall Embedded Analyst Program and Expansion:2019 ~ Houston Police Sergeant John Wall took a stand and declared enough was enough. Under his visionary leadership, DeliverFund embedded its first intelligence analyst within the Houston Police Department, revolutionizing how human trafficking was fought in the Houston area. This dedicated analyst quickly put critical, actionable intelligence in the hands of Houston cops, detectives, and prosecutors, streamlining and reducing the cost of identifying and locating traffickers and victims.In 2024, the John Wall Memorial Embedded Analyst Program expanded into North Texas with DeliverFunds second embedded intelligence analyst who serves law enforcement agents in the region, responding to their requests for information, delivering intelligence reports on potential human trafficking activity, and giving undercover, on-the-ground operational support.Together, these two analysts have centralized and coordinated human trafficking cases amongst other law enforcement agencies across Texas and the country, ensuring traffickers can no longer hide from justice behind state and county jurisdiction lines."After conducting human trafficking investigations for the past five years, I can say with certainty that the only effective way to uncover victims and arrest traffickers is to conduct proactive operations to utilize actionable reliable intelligence. She shared the intel with one of the detectives who immediately texted the number listed. The trafficking victim responded almost instantly and entered the hotel for her date shortly after. Once the victim was safely inside the hotel room, receiving help, resources, and support, officers moved in on the trafficker, who was waiting in the parking lot, and arrested him within minutes. This operation resulted in the arrest of the trafficker in just three hours after the identification and collection of the illicit adDeliverFunds fastest response time yet.DeliverFund is making a lasting impact by advising, training, and equipping law enforcement. DeliverFund collaborates closely with and continues to support over 600 law enforcement agencies, including police officers, detectives, prosecutors, federal agencies, sheriffs, and more. Additionally, last year our groundbreaking partnership with Whooster put our data and intelligence in the hands of more than 7,500 law enforcement agents nationwide.Requests for Information and Intelligence Packages:Our technology, analysts, and embedded analysts fulfilled 276 requests for information (RFIs), a 25% increase over last year, delivered 515 detailed OSINT reports, a 243% increase over last year, and provided operational support, including high-profile sports and entertainment events, and continued our partnership with survivor leaders to offer victim-centric training to our partners.Continued the HT Safeguard App:In 2024, we maintained and continued development of the HT Safeguard App for IOS. Nearly 20,000 queries were made by the public to easily and safely search a phone number or email address of a contact for possible association with potential human trafficking activity.
