PPAN COMPLETED THE THIRD GIVING CYCLE OF THE PROTECT THE POLLINATORS HABITAT FUND, BACKED BY SALES OF THE COLORADO POLLINATOR LICENSE PLATE, BY DISTRIBUTING 56,396 TO CREATE NATIVE HABITAT GARDENS. WE COLLABORATED ON A JUNE POLLINATOR MONTH PROCLAMATION WITH THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE. WE HAVE CONTINUED TO CONDUCT OUTREACH AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE CO NATIVE POLLINATING INSECTS STUDY WITH STATE AGENCIES, MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE PUBLIC. PPAN SUPPORTED A POLICY TO REDUCE THE USE OF NON-FUNCTIONAL TURF AND LAUNCHED A NEW CAMPAIGN TO REDUCE THE AGRICULTURAL USE OF NEONICITINOID- TREATED SEED. WE WORKED WITH THE BOULDER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT ON A NON- TOXIC SCHOOL GROUND POLICY THAT WILL BE A MODEL FOR MORE SCHOOL DISTRICTS. --------------------- CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O -----------------------
