Magical Classrooms (Aulas Magicas) trains and equips young adults to teach children, ages 4-6 in remote areas currently unattended to by the Guatemalan government. The project overcomes geographic isolation and lack of educational resources by delivering a culturally sensitive, innovative guided curriculum to help children become more successful in first grade. Classes are paired with a daily healthy snack that stands to drastically reduce the impact of chronic malnutrition.
