ONCE PROJECTS ARE COMPLETED, PROFESSIONAL NONPROFIT SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS TAKE UP THE BATON (LITERALLY TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY) BY PROVIDING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT HELP RESIDENTS REGAIN STRENGTH AND PURPOSE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE NEW RESIDENCES CAN INCLUDE, COUNSELING, JOB SKILLS TRAINING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY, CHILDCARE AND MUCH MORE.

BOTH NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENNOVATIONS ARE FINANCED BY CASH CONTRIBUTIONS AS WELL AS IN-KIND SERVICES AND BUILDING MATERIALS FROM BUILDING INDUSTRY PARTNERS. SOUND CARES PROGRAM - ENSURES ITS INVESTMENTS REMAIN AN ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE MAINTENANCE OF THE HOUSING AND SHELTERS BUILD ON THE GROUNDS WHERE IT IS LOCATED.
