Relaunched the Youth Leadership Council, centering young people in decision-making, leadership development, and civic engagement. Hosted 12 Sunday Dinner Block Parties at the East Kinston Neighborhood Hub. Initiated the development of our Community Garden/Food Hub and workshop space in East Kinston on the Neighborhood Hub campus. Purchased the former Lewis School property; Strengthened organizational infrastructure, policies & systems to support sustainable growth.
