THE VOLUNTEERS DONATE ABOUT 6,600 HOURS IN A YEAR AT AN ESTIMATED RATE OF $33.49 (THE CURRENT NATIONAL VALUE OF EACH VOLUNTEER HOUR) FOR A TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF $221,034. VOLUNTEERS ALSO DONATE THE FUEL COSTS FOR THE RIDES OF AN ESTIMATED 46,784 MILES AT THE STANDARD RATE OF .14 CENTS PER MILE (IRS ALLOWED RATE FOR CHARITABLE MILEAGE) WHICH WOULD BE ABOUT $6,550 IN DONATED FUEL COSTS, PLUS 17,705 OF THOSE MILES WERE REIMBURSED THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH SNAP AS AN IN-KIND DONATION.
