As part of the Long Term Housing Program (LTHP), NGIP INC. provides affordable housing units for homeless families that are participating in the New Ground Long Term Housing Program. Homeless families are moved into an NGIP INC. housing unit and pay a reduced affordable rent for the housing unit while receiving the intensive social work and education services of the Long Term Housing Program (LTHP) from New Ground Inc. NGIP INC. strives to provide clean, affordable, safe housing options for the Long Term Housing Program families, meeting all landlord responsibilities and working alongside New Ground staff members to assist the families to become independent and self-supporting individuals, so they can eventually graduate out of the Long Term Housing Program and move into permanent stable housing of their own.
