The Organization works in collaboration with three affiliated ministries (In His Name Ministries NPC (South Africa), In His Name Ministries (UK), and In His Name Ethiopia Ministries) under a Global Cooperation Agreement. This agreement establishes that these ministries work together with the common objective of conducting Gospel crusades in South Africa, Ethiopia, and elsewhere in Africa. This common objective also includes conducting conferences and meetings in each of the ministries' countries and elsewhere to motivate and equip believers to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The ministries also collaborate to create Christian media content to be spread via TV, radio, the internet, or other means throughout the world.Each year, In His Name holds five to six mass crusades in towns and villages across South Africa, Ethiopia, and elsewhere in Africa. These open-air events are organized with the local churches and are held over a minimum of four days. These meetings focus on the preaching of the Gospel, which is frequently done by Evangelist Tamryn Klintworth.
