Mind Shift worked on building our brand awareness in 2024. This work is building awareness of Mind Shift among our various communities and generating multiple opportunities for potential business, referral sources, and opportunities to share the Mind Shift story. In 2024 we continued building our brand awareness across social media channels. This work has helped us build our Search Engine Optimization but also made it much easier for people to learn about the great things Mind Shift is doing. Our blog posts are continuing to rank in the top 25 and several have ranked number one. Mind Shift had 63 active specialists working during the year. We had 21 active business partners who contracted with Mind Shift for at least one worker; We had 12 specialists who were hired directly by the business during the year. Mind Shift is a non-profit and we rely on our generous donors to assist us with preparing individuals who are on the autism spectrum for the world of work at no cost to them. We provide a talented pipeline of dependable, loyal and competent workers who add value to every business partner.
