THE ORGANIZTION WILL BE SUPPORTED PRIMARILY BY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC, AND ITS PROGRAMS WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, OFTEN FREE OF CHARGE.
