A PROSPECTIVE CLIENT COMES IN FOR CAREER COACHING SESSIONS WITH ONE OF OUR CERTIFIED LIFE COACHES. TOGETHER THEY DECIDE WHAT THE CLIENT'S BEST AVENUE FOR SUCCESS WILL BE WITH REGARD TO HER INTEREST IN A PARTICULAR FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT. A VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IS THEN CHOSEN FOR THE CLIENT, WHICH SUITS HER LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND TIME AVAILABILITY. WHEN NECESSARY, PROPEL PAYS THE TUITION FOR THE CLIENT DIRECTLY TO THE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL. ONCE THE CLIENT HAS GRADUATED THE PROGRAM AND EARNED HER VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE, THE CLIENT'S COACH BEGINS TO CONNECT HER WITH THREE RELEVANT JOB INTERVIEWS, WHICH WILL LIKELY LEAD TO AT LEAST ONE JOB OFFER FOR THE CLIENT. THE PROGRAM GOES FROM MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9AM-5PM, ALL PUBLIC AND JEWISH HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED. ESTIMATED NUMBER OF WOMEN IN THE CAREER CANDIDATE PROGRAM IN 2023 WAS 241.
