PARTICIPANTS LEARN THE TERM TEAMWORK THROUGH COMPLETING CHORES AND SPECIAL PROJECTS TOGETHER THAT REQUIRE MULTIPLE PEOPLE. PARTICIPANTS ARE ASSIGNED TASKS INTENTIONALLY THAT WILL REQUIRE THEM TO UTILIZE THEIR PROBLEM SOLVING AND TEAMWORK SKILLS. PARTICIPANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SOLICIT ASSISTANCE FROM THEIR CO-WORKERS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO COMPLETE A TASK. WE DEVELOP A PARTICIPANT'S INDEPENDENCE BY PROVIDING PARTICIPANTS WITH STRUCTURE AND DAILY ROUTINES SO THEY ARE ABLE TO MASTER THEIR DAILY CHORES AND COMPLETE THEM WITH MINIMUM ASSISTANCE.
