MOSAIC has enriched its multi-lingual, health equity-certified, health programs to create Wellness courses, multi-lingual health information, including English, referring over 10,000 families to medical care annually. MOSAIC has six multi-lingual community health care (CHWs) for excellence in community outreach programs. In 2026, through the largess of Foundations donations, MOSAIC is adding in-depth case management.

Basic resources include:1.6 million pounds of food; 150,000+ pounds in health kit items: sanitizer, masks, gloves, hygiene items as well as health information; ESL, nutrition, blood pressure reduction, prevent diabetes, yoga and mental health courses; and 9,500+ referrals to hospitals and low-income clinics. In addition, the window of reaching out for food and basics, provides an opportunity for cursory or surface case management and wrap-around services which can stabilize a family. General referrals as well as health, education and employment information, vouchers, classes, and placements are offered to each family unit.

5,544 adults received employment readiness services and/or college and employment placement. Each person received coaching and mentoring with off-site and/or on-site services in: ESL - English to Work Courses, Mock Interviews, Apprenticeships, Resume Construction, Apprenticeship, On-the-Job Training, Fiscal Planning, How to Ask for a Raise, The Next Step in Career Development, Work Clothing and Permits, and a College Education Plan. During the process of working toward employment, an adult receives a Great Clips Hair Cut, new Famous Footwear shoes, and name brand interview clothing. 48.7% of those entering these services are placed in live-able wage, health- benefited, employment. 505 of MOSAIC's previously placed diverse adults received benchmark gains in promotions, raises or new jobs at higher grades. The impact of a constant source of income in the family cannot be understated as it reaches over 40,000 people in extended family units in economic education and monetary benefit. In addition, $78.5 million is generated in the local and American economy; and $28.9 million is saved for better expenditure in unused government assistance.

MOSAIC's in-home senior assistance program provides a free information packet to area seniors and their caregivers. In this free resource packet, MOSAIC provides a listing of low-cost home health aides to provide in-home care in order that a senior can stay home safely - as long as possible. Yard care and snow removal is part of the benefit. 55 home health aides, CNAs, RNs are currently working in MOSAIC's home health aide listing. in 2025, 1152 senior packets were distributed. Additionally, 2055 55+ and Blue Book Senior Resource books and health kits were provided to homebound seniors. Food and Health kits were provided liberally to senior clients in the food distribution services. Employment Readiness & Placement Services as well as volunteer opportunities are provided seniors. MOSAIC also partners with St. Joseph Villa nearby to offer crochet classes, activities, music and worship weekly.
