IT OWNS AND OPERATES THE CENTRAL VALLEY COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER AND PROVIDES A MUCH-NEEDED "CLEAN-AIR" RECREATIONAL OUTLET FOR RESIDENTS OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY.
