ADAMS REGIONAL EMS PROVIDES 911 EMS RESPONSE TO OVER 21 MUNICIPALITIES IN ADAMS COUNTY, PA AS WELL AS NUMEROUS MORE THROUGH MUTUAL AID. EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES INCLUDE AMBULANCES PROVIDING BASIC LIFE SUPPORT, MEDIC UNITS PROVIDING ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT, AND MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE UNITS PROVIDING BOTH BASIC AND ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT.ADAMS REGIONAL EMS PROVIDES NON-EMERGENCY INTERFACILITY TRANSFERS FROM HOSPITAL TO HOSPITAL AND HOSPITAL TO NURSING HOMES. ADAMS REGIONAL EMS PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL COVERAGE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF SPECIAL EVENTS, INCLUDING FESTIVALS, PARADES, RUNS/RACES, SPORTS EVENTS, HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS AND MORE. ADDITIONALLY, ADAMS REGIONAL EMS OFFERS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES SUCH AS FIRST AID, STOP THE BLEED, FIT TESTING, CPR, AED, AND CPR PRO FOR THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER.
