Kids Dojo has taught mountain biking skills to more than 1,000 kids in Santa Cruz, Aptos, Scotts Valley, Los Gatos, Walnut Creek and Palo Alto, and plans to continue to expand its offerings and programs. Kids Dojo's instruction is designed for kids at all skill levels- beginning to advanced. A goal is to provide kids in need with an opportunity to ride by offering scholarships and equipment to enable them to enjoy a week of summer camp or 8 weeks of after school mountain biking.The Kids Dojo team believes that mountain biking builds self-esteem and enables children to experience the great outdoors while keeping their hearts healthy.
