THE SCHOOL IS INCORPORATED UNDER THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION LAW OF 1988, AS AMENDED, OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, AND SHALL BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES PERMITTED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF SEC. 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC OF 1986, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN ACT. NO. 1997-22 OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PA.
