This is a project testing the limits of human performance and seeking ways to improve mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth for our combat veterans and first responders on the front lines every day. This particular tour is focused on following former Navy SEAL, Ryan "Birdman" Parrott as well as a stellar team of athletes and subject-matter experts as they embark on a journey of endurance and self-discovery. This team will be traversing 7 Continents in 7 Days, and performing a Jump, Run, and Swim on each one!
