OneShare International: OneShare's core values are embodied in related biblical commands. The first, which Jesus identified as the "greatest commandment" in all of scripture, is to thoroughly love both God and neighbor (e.g., Matthew 22:36-40; Mark 12:28-34; Luke 10:25-28) and care for them as one would oneself, often called the golden rule, and epitomized in the parable of the good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37). OneShare's mission originates in its Anabaptist faith, which pioneered health care sharing ministries. That mission is to enable its entire Christian membership community to "bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ" by bearing and sharing the financial, spiritual, and other burdens of one another's medical needs. Gal. 6:2.
