THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF TRACK AND FIELD ACROSS NEEDHAM AND METRO WEST (BOSTON) AREA BY PROVIDING SAFE AND FUN RUNNING AND FIELD EVENT EXPERIENCES FOR ABOUT 1,700 CHILDREN AGED 5-14 WITH A GOAL OF CREATING A LIFELONG INTEREST IN RUNNING. THE CLUB STRIVES TO FOSTER AN INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT ACROSS ALL ABILITY LEVELS TO BUILD SELF- CONFIDENCE, EMPHASIZE LEARNING AND SELF-DISCOVERY, PROMOTE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, AND REWARD ACHIEVEMENT. NYTC OFFERS SEASONAL PROGAMS AND COMPETITIONS. WE PROVIDE CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS DURING THE SPRING, SUMMER, FALL AND WINTER SPANNING CROSS COUNTRY, INDOOR TRACK, OUTDOOR TRACK, AND ROAD RACING. WE TEACH AND PROMOTE A WIDE SPECTRUM OF TRACK AND FIELD INCLUDING SPRINTING, DISTANCE RUNNING, HURDLING, JUMPING AND THROWING EVENTS. NYTC AIMS TO DISCOVER ENTHUSIASTIC YOUNG ADULTS OF STRONG CHARACTER TO WHOM WE WILL PROVIDE ONGOING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPOMENT. THE GOAL OF THIS EFFORT IS TO INVEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION AND STRENGHTHEN OUR BOND WI
