ALSO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO CHILDREN OF ARMED SERVICE MEMBERS WHO WERE KILLED IN LINE OF DUTY, LIVING BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND ABROAD AND ORGANIZES ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN THAT ALLOW THEM TO BOND WITH OTHERS. 20% OF THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAM EXPENSES WILL BE EXPENDED IN THIS AREA.
