Gainesville Peer Respite is a peer-support community providing psychiatric hospital diversion, support groups, recovery and wellness activities in a homelike environment. Counseling sessions started and procurement of a permanent location to offer the services in the mission statement were the major accomplishments of the year. Counseling sessions, over night stays for clients and training of peers increased.
