Tony's Place served 362 unduplicated youth, providing over 6120 meals. The drop-in center was open five days per week, creating consistent access to life-saving resources. Beyond basic services, the center served as a critical engagement point-connecting youth to case management, housing navigation, and healthcare services. For many participants, this program is the first step toward stability. 211 youth engaged in case management services, completing service plans focused on housing, employment, and education outcomes. 84 youth were connected to health services, including counseling, crisis intervention, primary care and psychiatric care. Staff also facilitated 50 wellness activities/workshops, focusing on health, coping skills, self-care, and community building. Tony's Place expanded its Support, Creative, and Empowerment programming to reach more LGBTQ+ youth through initiatives like Craft Your Pride at community sites including Rice University, the launch of a Queer Book/Media Club, and multiple Queer Art Shows where every participating youth sold their artwork. Additional highlights include quarterly Youth Art Markets providing income opportunities, a Youth Homecoming with over 50 attendees, and the Back 2 School with Pride festival, which convened 35 service providers, vendors, and community partners for a one-day, family-friendly event.
