BCAUSEICAN GROW - Provides computer coding instruction to elementary school students. GROW program participants graduate with a Certification in SCRATCH Coding-one of the leading developmental coding languages, currently taught in over 200 countries. BCAUSEICAN RISE - Provides computer coding instruction to middle school students. RISE program participants graduate with a Certification in PYTHON Coding-the leading coding language in the Information Technology industry, used in Data Science and Cybersecurity. BCAUSEICAN SOAR - Provides coding instruction to high school students. SOAR program participants graduate with a Certification in Cloud Computing, PYTHON, or JAVA Coding-all highly sought after in the job market, which allows students to secure internships and jobs in the industry ahead of their counterparts. BCAUSEICAN THRIVE - Program for adults and seniors offers technology workshops classes. These classes are typically held in the evening for one hour each week. Training is customized based on need and covers topics ranging from learning how to create an email account, to more advance training on how to use applications like ParentVue, Google Classroom, Class Dojo, Google Meet, Microsoft Office, and Zoom. BCAUSEICAN TEACH - Provides a highly engaging hands on full-day training to teachers and school administrators that allows professionals to incorporate STEM/Coding based language, concepts, and activities within the daily lesson plans. BCAUSEICAN INTELLIGENCE - The orgnization's newest program, delivers bilingual, community-based AI and data science education that introduces K-12 students to machine learning, ethical AI, natural language processing, and neural networks through project-based learning. Designed with collaborative input from the University of Maryland, Morgan State University, and the Institute for Trustworthy AI in Law and Society (TRAILS), INTELLIGENCE also includes an intergenerational component where adults and seniors learn alongside and from youth.
