The program also integrates digital literacy and workforce exposure opportunities helping students build skills necessary for long-term academic and career success. 3. Community Service Community service is a core component of Puede Networks model empowering youth to actively contribute to their neighborhoods while developing leadership and civic responsibility. Students participate in service projects such as neighborhood clean-ups school partnerships and large-scale initiatives including the annual distribution of thousands of backpacks and essential resources to local families. These experiences are often paired with reflection activities to deepen learning and reinforce a sense of purpose. Through consistent engagement youth build a strong connection to their community and develop the skills and mindset to serve as agents of positive change.
