One CommunityUSAs evidence-based programs are a catalyst for positive change in the underserved and underrepresented communities. Programs address: Reentry, Diversion, Restorative Justice and Mentoring for Veterans and Civilian Offenders; PreVocational and WorkForce Readiness; Vocational, Leadership and Career Development; and Community Engagement Crime Reduction Initiatives that bring minority owned businesses, their customers, area youth and law enforcement together to discuss and resolve contemporary social issues with special empathizes on education, mental health, inclusion, racial diversity and improving community-police relations.During the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, One CommunityUSA also provided in-kind services in the amount of $502,402 and had in-kind rent in the amount of $76,572. These in-kind amounts are included as in-kind revenue and in-kind expense on the financial statements of the organization. One CommunityUSA relies on volunteer contributed services for operations and administration. The Organization estimates the volunteer hours during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 to be approximately 468 for board members. Using the Independent Sector's value of a volunteer hour, these contributed services are valued at $14,882.
