At Little Thinkers School of Early Learning, we acknowledge the vast difference between a largescale childcare operation and a small, personal, and immersive Fort Wayne childcare culture. We intentionally maintain smaller group sizes to create environments tailored to the needs of our childrenwhere their comfort, safety, and development remain at the forefront. Our facility operates under constant security surveillance to ensure a secure space for every child. Being locally owned and operated, we are able to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of bothour children and the greater community. This was especially evident during the pandemic, when Little Thinkers remained open to support essential workers with a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment. Little Thinkers School of Early Learning served 120 children during the 2024 school year. Please see Schedule O.
