This program was an opportunity to network with small businesses and assess their pain points related to staffing and understanding management priorities. Through this program we were able to assist companies in utilizing staff resources and improving prioritization skills with scaling their programs. We conducted monthly and at times bi-monthly strategy sessions in large groups and one on one basis with companies looking for targeted coaching sessions. We were also able to employ newly trained staff in Scrum for future employment endeavors through the employment boot camps.
