SPRINGROCK DENTAL'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO QUALITY, AFFORDABLE ORAL HEALTH CARE. SPRINGROCK IS EXPANDING ACCESS TO ORAL HEALTHCARE FOR TRADITIONALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS AND IS PARTNERING WITH THE AURORA COMMUNITY IN PURSUING THIS GOAL. SPRINGROCK IS DOING THIS IN TWO WAYS: FIRST, BY INTEGRATING DENTAL CARE INTO THE PATIENT'S MEDICAL HOME THROUGH A PILOT PROGRAM WITH KAISER PERMANENTE AT AURORA CENTREPOINT. THE INTEGRATION OF DENTAL CARE AND MEDICAL CARE IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO ONE'S HEALTH. NINETY (90%) OF DISEASES HAVE SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS THAT APPEAR IN YOUR MOUTH FIRST. SPRINGROCK DENTAL IS HELPING BRING DENTAL AND MEDICAL CARE TOGETHER BY CO-LOCATING A HYGIENIST IN KAISER'S MEDICAL PRACTICE. THE CENTREPOINT LOCATION IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT SERVES AN AREA WITH A SIGNIFICANT POPULATION OF MEDICAID ENROLLEES. SECOND, BY DELIVERING HIGH QUALITY, COST-EFFECTIVE CARE TO THE UNDERSERVED - WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON ADULTS ON MEDICAID IN THEIR NEW AURORA DENTAL PRACTICE LOCATED AT 990 S. ABILENE STREET.
