Horizon developed two new academic courses for one partner institution, translated three courses into Ukrainian, and revised three professional development courses to improve instructional quality. Horizon also invested several hundred hours in designing and building a custom Contact Relations Manager (CRM) database and a Student Information System (SIS) that integrates with Moodle. These systems enable partner schools to track students from application through graduation and alumni engagement. In addition, Horizon negotiated access to a digital theological library through Bibliotech to expand resource availability for global partners. These program services were accomplished largely through volunteer services by missionaries seconded and paid from other nonprofit mission organizations. The estimated value of these services in 2025 was 136,507.
