Manhattan Senior Center (MSC) Mission: To provide services and activities for older adults 60 years and above living in Riley County, Kansas. The City of Manhattan provides the building. Various activities also raise funding for the activities. Volunteers provide over 2000 hours of volunteer services in almost every fact of the Center operations and services.

Homecare & Hospice, Inc. Funding provided by the Riley County Council on aging was used in the Health Care Attendant program which involves providing assistance to clients in need of bathing, medication reminders, dressing, grooming and toilet needs under the direction of a licensed health care professional. Volunteers provide assistance with light housekeeping duties, laundry, essential shopping errands and meal preparation. It is the only agency provider of Older American Act services in Riley County. It's services include Care Management Programs, Bereavement Support Groups, Transition Services Program, Transportation services, Cancer Resource Task Force, Riley County Council of Social Service Agencies and the Annual Flu Vaccination and Tuberculosis Testing Program.
