By providing critical home repairs, accessibility modifications, and safety upgrades at no cost, HopeBUILDERS fills a vital gap for vulnerable populations left behind by traditional housing solutions. Eligible clients earn under 80 area median income and are over age 62 and/or living with disability. In 2024 we completed 584 projects at 150 homes, impacting 247 household members. 255 repairs were home repair 1 plumbing, 191 were accessibility modification 1 handrails. We completed 38 wheelchair ramps. 226 volunteers volunteered gave a total of 5,092 hours. Volunteer hours are valued at 33.49/hour, for a total impact of 170,531.
