The primary purpose of this agency is to support the National Education goals as stated in the (34CRF part 643 of the Department of Education regulations. These programs, Upward Bound and Educational Talent Search TRiO programs serve over 500 participants. The activities are conducted in the targeted schools and with other community agencies.
