The Pueblo Rescue Mission (PRM) went from being just an emergency services transient shelter to also offering a residential program for the Pueblo community. PRM created and implemented a stabilization program for Pueblos homeless who were seeking more than just an emergency shelter. This program is called the Step Back In program centered around stabilizing the three core issues of homelessness to include: Drug addiction, untreated mental illness and financial stability. All participants must maintain sobriety to remain in the program.
