Active Auxiliary members serve as volunteers at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital and provided more than 14,711 hours of their time which is equivalent to over 7.13 full-time employees. The Auxiliary conducts an annual giving campaign of its members, numerous fundraising events, and raises funds through the retail shop from sales of flowers, plants, gifts, nursing supplies, and other items available for purchase for patients, families and friends. Recent Auxiliary gifts include the purchase of additional Labor and Delivery equipment to include birthing beds, Panda warmers and fetal monitoring carts. The Auxiliary also funded the renovation and remodel of the Gift Shop store to support the redesign and renovation of the hospital lobby.
