WE HAVE 54 INDUSTRY PARTNERS THAT SUPPORT THE CHAPTER. WE HAD 21 NETWORKING EVENTS WHICH INCLUDED 5 NETWORKING LUNCHEONS AND 4 SOCIAL EVENTS. OTHER EVENTS INCLUDE THE IREM CCIM NEXT PROTECTION ECONOMIC FORECAST, INDUSTRY PARTNER TRADESHOW, LUNCH LEARNS, ADVOCACY IMPACT DAY IN WASHINGTON D.C., LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE IN CHICAGO, GLOBAL SUMMIT CONFERENCE IN INDIANAPOLIS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP, AND FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN WHERE WE PACKED 150 BOXES FEEDING CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD. THE CHAPTER RAISED 10,000 FOR UMOM NEW DAY CENTERS AT OUR ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT. THE IREM FOUNDATION AWARDED 10 IREM GREATER PHOENIX MEMBERS SCHOLARSHIPS. OUR CHAPTER CELEBRATED OUR 60TH ANNIVERSARY IN 2024 1964-2024. WE HELD A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT SUMMIT FOR THE TEMPE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND SUPPORTED THE GRAND CANYON UNIVERSITY REAL ESTATE CLUB.
