Soccer development program - This program is for children aged 4 to 19 and provides an introduction to the sport of soccer. Continuing in the program allows players to develop soccer skills and sportsmanship. The focus is on skill development and not on competition, especially in the younger age groups. The SDP also provides an opportunity for the training and development of older youth as referees and coaches. Many adults take advantage of the coach training and development opportunities. A special component of our SDP is TOPSoccer. The acronym TOPSoccer stands for The outreach Program for Soccer which focuses on athletes with mental or physical challenges. The CSA TOPSoccer program was the first in the state of Delaware and has served as a model for other clubs across the state and region.
