Participants receive work ethics training, soft skills training,resources and tools that empower them financially and the opportunity to to society as productive citizens. 100+ schools in three high crime communites were serviced in our anti-blight initiative, 71% of participants were ex-felons with an 83% not returning to prison or crime.
