THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS PROGRAMS, THE FOUNDATION GIVES MEANINGFUL ASSISTANCE TO CANCER PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE FOUNDATION WORKS TO FOSTER PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF CANCER PATIENTS. THE FOUNDATION SERVICES THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE CANCER PATIENT, SURVIVOR AND CAREGIVER AND THE RESOURCES THEY NEED WHETHER THEY BE SOCIAL, FINANCIAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL OR PHYSICAL. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS CARE THAT IMPROVES THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR CANCER PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS. HISTORY: THE PACIFIC CANCER FOUNDATION WAS CONCEIVED IN 2004 BY CONCERNED HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AND CANCE
