THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY PAYROLL AND FRINGE BENEFITS GUARANTEE TRUST FUND WAS CREATED TO COLLECT, PRESERVE AND INVEST MONIES PAID TO THE TRUST FUND TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO OR ON BEHALF OF EMPLOYEES WORKING UNDER A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION AND LOCAL UNION NO. 11 INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS. IN THE EVENT THAT A COVERED EMPLOYEE DOES NOT RECEIVE EARNED WAGES OR FRINGE BENEFITS FROM A PARTICIPATING EMPLOYER (I.E. THE EMPLOYER DEFAULTS), THE TRUST FUND REIMBURSES THE COVERED EMPLOYEE.
