Member Services: The Consortium seeks to provide a range of shared services funded by members' fees, by external grants, or through some combination. These include Reach 4 Success - the Consortium's multi-dimensional college access program that provides information and advising services, post-secondary encouragement programs and outreach activities. Additionally, the campus public safety institute is dedicated to training and certifying law enforcement professionals serving D.C. area campuses and organizations. Through state-of-the-art training in law enforcement techniques, laws, and procedures, cpsi prepares participants to operate effectively in educational environments. Employer of Record: The Consortium offers a service to members, federal agencies, and educational nonprofits to cost effectively provide payroll and benefit services. The research fellows program offers technical and analytical assistance by providing students, post-doctoral fellows, and professors opportunities to work for government research institutions such as the U.S. Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences. In that model the consortium provides recruitment and periodic supervision and assessment services in addition to the employer of record service.
