SUPPORTS ARE AVAILABLE IN BOTH SMALL GROUPS SETTINGS (ONE STAFF TO FOUR INDIVIDUALS AND INDIVIDUALIZED 1:1 OPTIONS, DEPENDING ON EACH PERSON'S NEEDS. PARTICIPANTS EXPLORE THEIR INTERESTS THROUGH ACTIVITIES SUCH AS CREATUVE ARTS, FITNESS, VOLUNTEERING, JOB READINESS, AND MORE. CDS HELPS INDIVIDUALS BUILD INDEPENDENCE, FORM LASTING FRIENDSHIPS, AND DEVELOP ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS WHILE ENGAGING WITH THE WORLD AROUND THEM.OUR EMPLOYMENT SERVICES SUPPORT ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES IN FINDING MEANINGFUL WORK IN THIER COMMUNITIES. THROUGH JOB COACHING, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, ON-SITE REAINING, AND ONGOING SUPPORT, INDIVIDUALS ARE EMPOWERED TO SUCCEED IN THE WORKPLACE. TRANSPORTATION IS COORDINATED THROUGH LOCAL TRANSIT SERVICES, AND TEMPORARY 1:1 COACHING IS AVAILABLE AS NEEDED.
