MEALS SERVED UNDER THE PROGRAM MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE THIRD OF THE RECOMMENDED DIETARY ALLOWANCE ESTABLISHED BY THE FOOD AND NUTRITION BOARD OF THE INSTITUTE OF MEDICINE OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF SCIENCE. THE CONGREGATE MEALS PROGRAM OFFERS SENIORS AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET NEW FRIENDS AND ENGAGE IN OTHER SOCIAL OR HEALTH RELATED PROGRAMS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2023, UPPER SHORE AGING INC.
