New Years Eve Gala Event On December 31, 2019 the Hyattsville/Landover MD Alumni Chapter conducted its 33rd annual Black Tie NYE Gala in partnership with the Alexandria Fairfax VA Alumni Chapter. Through the years this event has supported the chapters scholarship and Guide Right initiatives. The attendance of the event has grown to exceed 900 patrons annually. Last year there were roughly 950 patrons in attendance.
